Coach Blue and Nina Blue are some of the kindest and friendliest people I've ever met. The establishment is clean and complete with all kinds of machines for an excellent workout and a vast range of bags for boxing practice and a world-class training experience. Coach Blue is extremely knowledgeable, witty and fun to be around. You can't help but learn from him. You may not know what you need to up your game, but he certainly does. I'm glad I found this place just a few minutes from my home. After a week of training I feel more confident in the way I carry myself and a sense of peace when I enter the place. You will not regret stopping in for a free intro class with the skilled and lovely Ms. Nina and staying for training with Coach Blue.

If you have children, stop what you’re doing right now and sign them up. What Coach Blue and his wife Nina are doing here is just amazing and it’s making a difference in the lives of so many young kids. Coach and his team focus on respect, work ethic and a never quit attitude that pays off in success. I have three girls aged 10, 8 and 6. They love coming to class and talk about it all week. The students all seem really close and always help one another be better. I can’t recommend this gym highly enough. If you’re an adult, the classes are some of the best workouts I’ve ever done. Not only does it keep you in shape, it trains your mind and gives you an applicable skill set. I quit going to a normal gym, try a class and see why.

Best gym experience I've ever had. Owners are friendly, welcoming of all abilities, and very knowledgable about the craft of boxing. The workout quality from the classes is very high, and hard as hell. You gotta want it. But if you come ready to work hard, Coach Blue will take your fitness and technique to the next level.

Coach Blue and his wife, Nina, greet everyone who enters the door with a smile. They've cultivated a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that caters to everyone. Men and women, young and old, experienced and new. The classes are a great workout, can build self confidence, and teach the sport of boxing. But what's most impressive is the atmosphere and community that they've created at Blue Boy Boxing. Members are friendly, supportive, and inclusive. I found Blue Boy almost two years ago, and will support them in anything they do. My wife has since joined, and our son has taken a few of their kid's classes as well. If you've ever considered a boxing gym, or just want a new workout to burn some calories, Blue Boy Boxing is worth checking out. First class is free!

My husband and I are so glad we joined. Coach Blue and his wife are two very awesome people. They are kind, attentive and provide a pleasant atmosphere. They really care about their members. You can see the passion they have for teaching others how to box. If you are looking to join a boxing gym this is it, look no more. You will be extremely glad you joined and the first class is free. I highly recommended Blue Boy boxing club.
