Eh No hot water in the bathroom to wash your hands. No place to fill up a water bottle. Struggle for papertowels to wipe benches. A deadlift platform, but no deadlift bar. Lots of old but mangled equipment. People want to sign up, but no one around to sign them up. The QR outside doesn't work. (Which could fix a lot of these problem$) A sled that has a 45lb weight on it, but youre not allowed to add more weights on it. Small selection of elepticals, for the, bodybuilders. Bring your headphones, because the stereo system is broken. The owner cycles the same 5 songs over his computer instead.

Let me just say that if you are serious about training. This is the place to be. Been there 6 to 7 days a week training hard💪. The gym has everything from powerlifting to sports training. The owner is super knowledgeable and helpful. Also the members are friendly and it will soon feel like you're part of a family. Overall a great place!

Okay okay. So from the outside. Shit looks like ppl be getting it in. Quick glance in, seems legit nice spot. However , lol did the 3 day membership and thank god I did. It’s horrible. A basement that hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. The ceiling is close and exposed wires. Weights are scattered. Nothing properly placed and no 2 weights are the same. It smells of mold. The upstairs lockers are more less donated and rusted. Opened it, and closed it. I advise the owner to do better. All I can say. For now, I stay with commercial planet fitness. I wanted heavier weight but not sacrifice cleanliness and frankly , some kind of order. If you do sign up. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya

Best gym in the city! Excellent Boxing and MMA programs. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Awesome place for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. 5 Stars!

Either train new school or old school they have what you need, boxing,mma,karate ....ect. Friendly staff and members they will help you reach your goals and many great things to come. I've known the owner since we were kids and he's a great guy and very knowledgeable. He keeps the gym clean and sanitary, his place is so much better than the chain gyms out there there is no place than can compete.
