The Strike Studio in Hunt Valley has been great! The Studio has … 9-10 different coaches? I’ve trained with a bunch of them. Some more than others, but their all great at conducting the classes. A multitude of instructors with a multitude of backgrounds. Boxers , Muay Thai, MMA , strength and conditioning. The studio itself it’s small but offers enough room for up to 12 students easily. They offer early morning classes if you’re trying to get a workout in before getting your day started. Evening classes starting at 630pm. I love it. It’s been great. Shoutout Damian, Ben, Megan, Chris, Link, Aleks and all the other coaches!

Love it! Everything I need in one class. Strength training and cardio conditioning whether it’s boxing, kickboxing, or even Muay Thai. The classes move fast, are amazingly coached, and so much energy you feel incredible afterwards. Doesn’t matter what fitness level you are…just show up and do your best with great people!
The best decision I've made this year! Strike Studio has been the highlight of joining OneLife fitness. I've been a martial artist for around 10 years and a lover of overall fitness. I've never been anywhere that I get amazing training from Local Kickboxing and Muay Thai Professionals /fighters with the access of a kickass 2 level gym. There's not many martial arts places in the Hunt Valley area and none compare to all you get at Strike Studio. The best part of it all is the super cool instructors and the awesome members. These are the most fun classes I've ever been to at a gym. If you want great Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Boxing Condition and want to make new friends that become family. Join up!
