Used the class pass and booked same day, they were good motivation and good vibes. It was my first boxing class and i loved it.
This place looks classy at first, but their cancellation policy is extremely unprofessional. They make the cancellation process intentionally difficult just to take more money from you. Requiring customers to mail a physical letter just to cancel a membership is outdated, unnecessary, and clearly designed to discourage cancellations. This kind of greedy practice pushes customers away rather than encouraging them to return in the future. I would not recommend this boxing club to anyone including my enemy.
I really like title boxing in Columbia is very convenient for me, the hours that they provide for boxing classes. I really like the instructors. The classes really fun. It’s really teaching me discipline and I feel stronger and I feel more confident. I would 1000 out of 10 will recommend anyone to take a free class or even explore a membership. It’s really fun. It allows me to let out my stress from every day life And work. Although this is a group workout class, I feel like I’m able to focus on myself and not compare myself to others. also 10 out of 10 out of the music I really like the music the music keep me going.
The cancellation process is intentionally confusing even after cancelling and not attending the class for over a month. When talking with the employees on how to finally cancel the membership, though it’s advertised as “pay as you go”, they crack a corny joke comparing it to a phone bill. They think it’s funny to play with people’s money. Never again. I work in the area around most of the businesses here so I’m definitely going to let people know this place is a rip off.
