Need a sixth star here. Lyfe is not just a good gym owner and trainer but a therapist, mentor and friend for those trying to get in shape and willing to listen to good solid advice. Dover Gym is a fantastic place to show up, get your work in and work on yourself. Love this place.

Great local gym! Small business, 24/7, friendly staff, family environment, lots of equipment and space, locker rooms are clean. Close to the airbase, Target, and grocery stores. I would recommend this gym to anyone over your typical club fitness or planet fitness.

I’ve been working out in Dover Gym for about a year. All I can say is the atmosphere is top notch. I have met the most supportive and positive people there. Everyone wants to see you succeed and do better. It definitely has family vibes. The owner Lyfe is great and so welcoming! I train with Kwame, he is such a wonderful trainer! I have been training with him for about a year. My body has definitely transformed. Not only am I stronger, but I also have the aesthetic body look I want. He is very knowledgeable about the body and can help work through body imbalances/issues. He’s tough and patient at the same time and he can always keep the workout flowing by adapting to your strengths and weaknesses. He’s entertaining, upbeat, and funny making the atmosphere of the workouts more enjoyable. Try one session you will be hooked!

I’ve been going to this gym for around 3 years now… one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! My mental and physical health have only been up since. It has become my second home. If you want something different from the average gym and to gain a family, this is your place. Lyfe, and Kwame and all other staff are awesome and always have my back.. this is not your average gym! Be prepared to find all you need for your gains.. open doors in the summer… shake bar… it’s the best! I highly recommend it.

Dover gym is not fancy but it has a great bodybuilding community and more than equipment for your lifting/cardio needs. Lots of dynamic outdoor tires and hammers you can use. All of the Strongman stuff...all of it.
