Training with Coach Lou has been an amazing experience. Very professional, motivating, and dedicated to helping you improve both mentally and physically. He pushes you to be your best while still making sure you learn proper technique, discipline, and confidence. Since training with him, I’ve seen major improvement in my strength, stamina, and boxing skills. Definitely one of the best coaches at around highly recommended for anyone serious about boxing and self-improvement!
