My personal and honest opinion.. At beginning I thought it would not last for long for me but I was wrong.. Scott is a professional teacher and a leader more than a instructor.. He communicates with every single person in the class and tries to make the process right - even if you fail at first, he pushes you up and teaches you the way it needs to be.. If you want to start Thai Box you dont need to research and waste your time, this is the place you need to enroll the program.. It would be perfect if we had heavy bags, it is the only reason a star had cut off..

Great instructor and safe environment. The classes are centered around performing good technique while still providing good exercise. Great for all levels.

Great instruction, great community of people. Classes are fun (and some intense exercise). Highly recommended.

Scott is an amazing instructor with an abundance of knowledge of all Martial Arts. Been training here for 6 years and would recommend it to everyone.
