Had bad experience in first visit of this studio. They asked for buying $23 wrap and need you to pay $10 for just renting a pair of gloves for once. When asking for refund, they refused and labeled “absent “ to request for another $17 missing show fee! (Plus the class session fee already paid!!) labeling a customer who showed in your door as the “missing show” action in the ClassPass showed the studio management was Totally a scam and has no heart of “customer first“. Highly recommend to try other boxing studios in the region.. this one just tried to get popularity on the social media… BASH management, please please act with trustworthy actions if you truly care customers .. not just pretended nice post responses!!
First time at BASH and it was a great experience. Angie and Gabby at the front desk were both welcoming and helpful, and they made sure we had all the information we needed. Amare taught an amazing class, very clear, motivating, and super helpful throughout. I will definitely be back.
When I started boxing, I tried every place, but none of them improved my skills. Then I heard about Bash, and I loved it instantly—it truly is the best place ever. It even has new owners now, and I met them—they are so nice! This is hands‑down the BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is next‑level amazing! From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric and the instructors were welcoming. The group class was unforgettable, with boxing‑inspired moves that made me feel powerful and HIIT intervals that kept my heart racing. The combination of strength, endurance, and confidence was genius, and every round felt purposeful. I loved how the workouts balanced intensity with fun, and the atmosphere was contagious—everyone cheered each other on, smiled through the challenge, and left stronger. I especially loved CC, Casey, Ava, and Amare, and best of all, Yana, who made the experience truly special. The vibe was unbeatable, the exercises were awesome, and the community was the best part. For people who want to work out and find it helpful to have a template, BASH is an amazing gym community. The coaches connect with the participants and encourage everyone without shaming anyone. Everyone who comes to BASH is friendly and supportive. The administrative staff is also friendly, helpful, and provides quick responses. Overall, BASH is a fantastic workout and a great community.
Been going to Bash Mosaic for two years and I have only good things to say. The classes are high energy, challenging, and a well-rounded workout. The coaches and staff are friendly and supportive, and help build a great community. Coaches give constructive feedback on technique which helps avoid injuries. Highly recommend joining this great group of people! Extra shout out to Coach Amanda and Melissa for being amazing! And to Coach Amanda’s 2000s pop rock playlist :)
