Excellent gym with a great selection of equipment and a welcoming environment. The staff were helpful and encouraging, making it an enjoyable place to stay active and reach fitness goals.
Great for all ages. I plan on becoming a regular member. This is a great opportunity for our kids without breaking the bank. We as adults need to support this program by giving as much as we can any amount helps.
As a person who fights for the organization, and also comes to support I will say there isn’t a better atmosphere. Tim cage really knows what he’s doing when it comes to running a gym and events all around Florida. Stop into the gym it’s completely free! All proceeds from any event go right into the gym, so fighters who aren’t in a position to pay a gym fee are able to train!
My family and I went to their event on 4/27/2025 at OCC Roadhouse. We are a family that goes to multiple events each year by different promotions and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism at any other event. We arrived and my husband bought 4 ticket at $45 each for general admission, standing only. ( the most expensive we’ve seen for that). We were there for a couple of hours going in and out past the lady that was selling the tickets. We all had armbands on. After a few hours, the lady sends security over to us. We weren’t asked to show proof that we paid. Instead we were told “ it’s $45 to be here”. I said I know and showed my wrist band. She then proceeded to yell across to security that we only bought 1 ticket, then yelled we only bought 2. After showing all 4 of us had armbands, security walks off. Instead of the lady apologizing, she continued to sit in her chair giving us dirty looks. She caused a scene at her own event instead of handling things professionally. On top of that, they had a fight that had to be illegal considering an at least 50 pound weight difference. The whole show was disorganized, unprofessional and overpriced. We will never waste our time or money going to another one of their events.
