Whole shirt drenched in sweat coming out of this gym. The owner is awesome trainer with actual professional experience. He breaks things down to the most basic level literally so anyone can follow. His gym is clean, doesn’t have that funky gym Oder. Only here for month but this is my favorite place in the keys so far

I love working with Brian. I have trained with him for a while and no matter what level you are, he is patient and works at your speed. It is one of the best gyms in the Keys to work at!

This is the gym you need. Whether you love boxing and want to get better or you just want the healthy fitness workout, they have it all. Brian is a walking, breathing wealth of information on boxing and fitness. Whatever you’re looking for you will find it here. First class is free, come try it! They also have kids classes, homeschool classes and one on one coaching. Many classes to choose from everyday to work on everyone’s schedule. I have been coming here for a year and I love it. I come to the 8-9am fitness class and I feel so much better for the rest of my day. Not only do I get my workout but I also have a gym family that I look forward to seeing every morning and sharing our weekly struggles and working them out together.

I love P5 boxing because it is one of the best boxing gym I’ve ever gone to and amazing coaches that are very instructed and know about the sport And are very friendly, even even if you’re new, he will train on anything
No, it's been quite a while since you left this Dave, but you've been quite an inspiration inside of this place. Gone from a beginner to a youth coach. What an incredible journey! We have been able to watch you go through in such a short time. Simply an outstanding young citizen and man from helping with camps to use classes and just general help around the gym. A hard to go in a work ethic like no other. We're glad to have you a pleasure of being part of the P5 family with you. Thanks for the kind words. Kid keep crushing those goals.
