Amazing training environment! I felt at home the moment I walked in for the first time. The coaches and members love to teach and want you to be better. Their humble and selfless approach makes it easy to commit to training. The encouragement is unmatched. I'm new to this world and often found myself feeling/looking goofy when learning, as expected, but not one coach or member belittled me. True expression of the love of Christ!! My wife and kids attend as well, and they love it. If you're searching for a place to train, look no further. Trust me.

I dropped in to train at the Grounds while visiting and was very excited to train Muay Thai while on vacation. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was happily surprised at the the gym's equipment. Everything was super clean and well kept; they had an impressive weight room and a coffee bar??! Jay was an attentive coach and helped with any adjustments to our technique. I will gladly train with the mat team whenever I'm in Bonita Springs! Thanks Darrek and Jay!

My 5 year old son has been attending since late October & we’ve enjoyed every minute! 8 classes a month, 30 mins each session. Coach Happy, Coach Bryan, Coach Jordan do a phenomenal job with the kids!!

We love this place! Great for our kids and transition to teens/adults! It is also very well maintained and cleaned! Instructors are always positive, supporting and encouraging their best effort! At 13 the kids transition into adult classes or can choose a teen class. The transition is more nerve racking for the parent than their child, but don't get me wrong, they are moving into the adult world. However, they build alot of great relationships with adults that turn into their mentors and give them advice along the way! This is a great supportive community!

This is the best gym I’ve personally ever stepped foot in. It has every amenity. If you go here, you don’t really have to go to another gym to lift either. The staff is incredible. They will be life long friends of yours. When I’m in this area, it almost feels as if I am home again when I step in this gym. It is clean, organized, friendly, and just full of every amazing vibe possible. If there is anything you ever need help with, they know the techniques in and out too. Josh, Brian, Derrek, Jordan, and happy are all incredibly well trained, and incredibly good people. My friends and I try to model our gyms after what they do. That’s how good they are. They are exactly what we strive to be. Not only is it a martial arts gym, but it’s also got weights, a sauna, a cold plunge, and my favorite part… IT HAS A COFFEE BAR. WITH. AMAZING. COFFEE.
