I came into this gym with zero boxing experience and couldn’t have picked a better place. Coach Angel is welcoming, patient, and really knows how to teach at any skill level. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, he meets you where you’re at and pushes you to improve. The environment is great too. Everyone is supportive and wants to help each other get better. The more experienced members are always willing to work with you, give you pointers and adjust their intensity so you can learn without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve been into fitness and weight training for years, and these are honestly some of the best workouts I’ve ever had. Every class pushes me hard, and I leave feeling accomplished. This gym has been exactly what I was looking for, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone interested in boxing, whether a complete beginner or experienced.
I cannot recommend Rebuild U enough! I’ve only been taking private classes once a week for a month, and I am blown away by how much I’ve learned in such a short time. I’m already sparring and learning technical details I never thought I’d grasp this quickly. As a woman, learning self-defense while building serious strength and cardio is so empowering. I burn an extreme amount of calories every session. Coach Angel is incredible—he’s been so helpful and patient throughout my journey bur pushes me like a coach should. If I had more time in my week, I’d be here every single day. If you’re on the fence, definitely do it! Get your kids to do it.

Great Boxing coach. Very attentive to detail and works with all types of learning styles. This is only my 2 week working with Angel, and it’s been great. Id recommend anyone looking to learn how to box check out rebuild U.
Angel was by far, one of the best coaches I've had the privilege of training under. It wasn't just his skill, though that is fierce - it's his care and compassion for his clients.
