This is hands down the best workout I’ve had in years. If you’re tired of the same old boring gym routine, get in here. One of the best parts is the flexibility—you can show up and jump right into a workout without waiting for a specific "start time," which is a total game-changer for my busy schedule. David and Christian are elite trainers. They don’t just make you sweat; they actually teach you the skills and technique while pushing you through a grueling full-body workout. The atmosphere is also top-tier, everyone training is friendly, positive, and there to work. No egos, just results. If you want to get in the best shape of your life, this is the place.

I have attended boxing classes here for over a year. Our instructors, David and Christian, are both excellent. The classes are varied, which keeps it interesting, and include strength training with weights and machines as well as punching bags. I’m especially thrilled with the upper body strength I have gained. Throughout the class, the instructor’s pay attention to the participants to make sure we’re doing it right and safety is a high priority. They offer helpful advice and positive feedback. There is a lot of lighthearted talk and joyful laughter shared among the participants and instructors which makes for a very fun time. I always look forward to going and feel very fortunate to have found this place. Patty
This is my favorite gym! The boxing work outs are incredible and some of the best workouts I have ever done. David is awesome. There is also a cold plunge available which feels great after such a hard work out.
Absolutely wonderful place for training everyone of every age. It was a very good experience for my grandson. David, The Sweet Science Boxing Fitness, owner, coach, trainer inspires everyone to do the very best they can, as also his helpers do. I recommend Sweet Science Boxing 100%.

Sweet Science is life changing! The moment I walk through the door I remember why I show up!! Amazing work out and the best trainers. I joined to try something new and not after long I was in the ring in my first amateur boxing fight and I took home the belt! David, Ernesto, Miguel, Jason & Marley are the best!
