I visited this location to visit a wrestling event for The Establishment Wrestling. Wonderful shows and a good school.
Where Confidence, Discipline and structure begins! If it hasn’t already at home.Boxing is a great sport for everybody but I believe mostly kids. This is the place you want to bring them. Everyone starts somewhere. There’s nothing sadder than an overweight child.
Best Gym in the central Florida area! Great with kids, amateurs and pro boxers. Very dedicated staff and willing to go the extra mile to help you achieve success. Also a great family environment everyone is treated with respect.
If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! This has been hands down the best experience at a gym. Coach Jay is the best trainer and creates a family atmosphere for every person that walks into his gym. Have the greatest time getting fit and beyond that gain a friend for life with Jay!
I've been attending this gym going on 3 years next month. I love Coach Jason! He has helped me lose weight and keep it off. My body is more stronger, defined and healthier because of him. It's not only a boxing gym but a place for all ages to come work out. No matter your goal Coach Jason can help you obtain it.
