Awesome detailed personalized training from a real pro
Had a great a workout at Gym Lombard! It is great to be able to train with a Professional Boxer such as Coleman. Great cardio sesh, great environment and very exclusive for those that want to get in shape and learn how to defend themselves at the same time. Earned my business for sure!
