Love this small gym. Very convenient and close to home. Love the atmosphere and classes are amazing. Super clean and the staff are great! Shout out to Emily.. front desk gal on Sundays.. not only is Emily helpful, but she's an amazing artist! Keep up the great work 👍

Super great gym! The quality is awesome for working out and super clean. The equipment and machines are new. The staff is super nice and helpful as well. You have a variety from boxing, dancing, or even just plain working out.

I really enjoy going to the gym at Body & Soul. Their customer service is impeccable. Emily, Yvette and all the coaches are excellent! They are always there to help you with any questions or concerns. Thank you to Body & Soul for making my gym time enjoyable! Keep up the good work.

After only being in Miami for 3 months, Body & Soul feels like home! The staff is not only so welcoming but extremely well adversed to help you achieve any fitness goals you may have. The PT clinic, crossfit gym, and different types of class available makes it easy to accomplish anything you need in once place. Amazing energy, great people, awesome environment!!

Cool boutique facility. They have free parking and towels, which is a nice amenity. I did one of their group exercise classes (Barre hybrid) through class pass. It was a great class! The facilities are nice and well kept. Not a huge free weight area or a large amount of cardio machines but the group classes were great. Would definitely come back to take more classes.
