I love this place. I leave every workout drenched and filled with energy. The workouts are pretty intense, they’re high intensity which is perfect for what i was looking for. That being said, there are all types of individuals in the classes and they all love it just as much because the coaches will work with you. The coaches are all amazing, they focus on your form, good or bad, and check in on you during the workout. All great vibes. I was also extremely excited when I saw they opened up more times! I’m trying to get everyone i know to sign up or at least try it once.

Champion Zone Davie is absolutely amazing! Starting with the cleanliness to the amazing workouts and everything in between. The coaching style is wonderful and the workouts are not intimidating at all. Hands down, Eddie and DJ are my personal favorites but they are all great. The atmosphere in the gym is very motivating and friendly. The coaches are very attentive and take their time to explain every workout, as well and make any necessary corrections. Love my gym!

My experience in this gym has been great! I love the intensity and diversity of the classes. The coaches are there to help correct your form and encourage you to push. Coach DJ and Coach Eddie are my favorites. Coach DJ listens and works to make every workout the best for you and Coach Eddie is intense- which for me is what I look for. They are both attentive. Most gyms never do this. The Davie location is the best for me!!
