I spent some months in Florida for work and a friend recommended this place, as I was looking for a personalized, smaller gym that was effective but was community focused. I went to the right place! I got to see it before it expanded its space and added spinning classes and it was great then and even better now. The main trainer, Valeria is one of the most energetic and good vibes people I’ve met and she really pushes you while she makes the classes fun. All of the spinning instructors are amazing and the classes definitely leave you completely demolished , in a good way. Also, the music and the environment are big pluses. Love the box! Also the bag theme really speaks to me

I Love this place! The spinning room is awesome, all the instructors are very professional! The functional training program is Amazing, the gym is always clean, all the equipments are in excellent condition!
