Venue was ok; had an issue with the rude light skin short AA male attendant once where he felt entitled because I didn’t greet him (it’s my right to not do so if I want people), he rudely stated “you need to say hi when you walk in” I ignored him and kept minding my business waiting for my class to start. That is NOT how to talk to me! Beyond that shitty experience, I lost interest in going to that location, it also lacked diversity. It’s very white and or white passing.
I was here for 3 months. I'm was looking for a boxing and fitness gym. This was the perfect choice. Exactly what I wanted very friendly welcoming people and great workout.Its a little expensive buying per class but next year when I know I'm here for a few months I'll join month to month. All good things here.

The facility is super nice as are the staff. The major problem is they totally fail on customer service. I purchased a 3 month unlimited program and they would charge $20 for no shows. Really? That makes zero sense. Staff blames it on corporate when it's a franchise. Their phones don't work for a while and they're aware of it which is equally crazy. They've recently offered a credit to my account but not my credit card. We've notified them of our non-renewal as I will not support a business that is so tone deaf to their own policies. Very disappointed.
