Am happy to say I found a great Muay Thai gym! Coach Mat & his student/fighters are all there training hard, supporting each other, & practicing skills that result in wins (whether it's personal for increasing confidence & security or for actual fights).
Matt is great ! He is dedicated and personalizes the workout to your liking. I love how thorough and passionate he is! Definitely have to check it out. The vibes are also on point. Thanks Matt!
