Great gym with excellent trainers! The gym is always clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment and machines. Jeff has been especially helpful, creating personalized workouts and providing encouragement. The atmosphere is friendly and motivating, with a vibe. My favorite gym in South Florida.

This gym has been a great experience for me. They have champion level personal trainers that are very helpful and pay attention to your form. These trainers have also helped me with my diet keeping and my motivation. If you have any questions about equipment or exercise everyone is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is new and well kept. Everyone is welcoming. Amp’d has become a great place to have my me time and work on myself, which is difficult as a mom. Ever since I started training at Amp’d I don’t see myself training anywhere else.

I’m currently a member of another gym in the area, was super pleased until I found they tried slipping extra charges on my card without notifying me. So knowing my wife loved her workout at Amp’d Up I tried it. Great old school, true GYM feel. The owner was super personable and their fees are clear. It you want fundamental equipment this is the place, no trendy BS here. We will be back as members , sooner, rather than later.

Awesome gym, the owners Richard and Jenny are fantastic and encourage all their clients. The facility is always kept impeccable clean and spotless. The clientele are very professional and courteous and look out for each other. I train there 4-5 times a week with my fantastic trainer Angel Chion...Thank you Amp'd Up and and Angel for getting where I am today!!
