I’ve been to many gyms in Miami and this gym has become like home. As a woman it can be intimidating to train with guys but here there’s non of that. This gym has a amazing environment for development and getting a good sweat. Everyone pushes you to get better and the coaches are incredible. An extra bonus is the weight loss.

I have been training with Coach Carl for around 6-7 months now, and I have had an amazing experience. Coach Carl is very very Very skilled in MMA and is an AMAZING teacher. South Florida has many MMA gyms, but I can guarantee you this is the gym you want to be at if you're looking to level your game up or even just starting out like me!!

This place is much more than just a regular MMA gym, coaches treat you as if you are family and you can tell how they actually care about their students. I’ve trained at a few different gyms and never felt that type of “home” feeling anywhere else. Rock MMA is the place to be/train. Coach is very knowledgeable and teaches a great lesson.

Rock MMA is great place to learn martial arts! My son looks forward to going every week and Coach Carl is great with the kids. Coach has lots of patience and makes class enjoyable for his pee wees. A wonderful welcoming atmosphere, would recommend to anyone.
