Trained here for about 6 months, even though I’m not training there the people there will always be family. Great atmosphere and community. Coach o and chewy do a great job giving drills and teaching. Lots of good equipment as well.

We're 2 females in our 30s and have been wanting to join a boxing gym for a while now and I'm so glad we found United Boxing next to us in Leesburg! Coach O is the BOMB - we've trained with him less than a month and you can already see a huge improvement from our first day at the gym. We typically spend 2-3 hours there and time flies, there's so much to do, so many different boxing drills and skills training you can do. It really is nothing like your typical fitness gym experience where you use the same machines over and over again, and so things eventually become a bit boring.. and then you stop going. At United Boxing, we are excited to show up EVERY time because Coach O always teaches us something new. He teaches you proper stance, proper footwork, proper blocking, and will drill you to build up to perfect punches. We were definitely looking sloppy in the beginning like total newbs but our massive improvement in such a short time has given us so much confidence to keep going with this long-term. We never thought we'd love going to a boxing gym this much - never going back to a normal fitness gym and having money wasted ever again! Thanks Coach O and everyone else at United Boxing!

I highly recommend this gym for athletes of all ages and skill levels. I appreciate how they have been able to personalize each workout to meet the individualized needs ranging from professional athletes to someone who may just be starting their fitness journey or looking to get back into shape. My children learned a level of respect, discipline, and self-control that goes beyond boxing. Coach O has helped make a life-changing impact on these young men. The Saturday morning women's Glow Boxing class is AMAZING, as well!!

I love United Boxing Club!!! This has been a great positive atmosphere for my boys to go and Coach O is great with all the kids❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent gym and owner. It’s been an amazing bonding experience for my 7-year old and I. He’s made lifelong friends and I’ve seen his confidence grow leaps & bounds. Couldn’t imagine going to another gym — I’ve also lost 20lbs from the workouts.
