The best gym ever!!! The non-judgmental community feel here is strong and I’m obsessed! It’s exactly what Miami needed. The vibes are on point and they know what they’re doing. Coach Jay makes boxing for women so approachable! He pushes you through the unfamiliar feelings and makes it super fun and engaging. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I love my morning strength training classes with Coach Ria. She’s a hilarious blast of energy and she makes me feel amazing without feeling depleted. She tailors your workouts to your needs, she pushes you and is a total badass🫐 Overall, they’re amazing people who support your goals and push you to be your best. I could not recommend them enough!

Best gym! I’ve been going for about 3 months and the atmosphere is amazing. It feels like home. It’s seriously a one stop shop— I box there and do my strength training. 10/10 recommend ditching your corporate gym membership for this.

Iron Fist is an excellent boxing gym for both beginners and experienced boxers. It's definitely worth checking out. Coach Jay is incredibly kind and always ready to assist. I've been training at Iron Fist Gym for the past couple of months and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The environment is fantastic - the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and the other members create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere. My coach has done an excellent job teaching me the fundamentals of boxing in a progressive, patient way. I feel like I'm learning new skills and improving my technique with each session. The small class sizes allow for personalized attention, which has been really valuable. Beyond the training, the overall vibe of the gym is just great. It's clear the owner and staff really care about helping their members succeed, both in the sport and in reaching their fitness goals. Absolutely fantastic boxing gym! they go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to help you improve, no matter your skill level. The community here is super friendly, making each session enjoyable and motivating.
