This is an incredible gym. My son has received great training here from Ada and has grown so much from this experience. We had him at another local gym and he wasn't able to really scrap like he wanted to. Here you sign a waiver and are able to engage under careful and watchful guidance. I got a job offer in another state and turned it down because my son wants to make a career out of this and with Valez we truly feel he can and will. She is not only a great coach but also a good person and encourages the attendees to be respectful and mindful of manners which has in turn changed my son into a very noble and kind young man. We're thankful for this gym and highly recommend it.
My 14 year old twin boys, recently started the class, referred from my newphew, in which he was training, I noticed a big transformation and confidence within him. As a single mother, it is vital I raise my boys to become men, with discipline, positivity, passion, and consistency! They speak highly of coach Velez, and elaborate on how she pushes them to their limits, humility, with esteem... Love It!! Highly recommend, my boys come home with a serotonin high, I am super excited they are venturing out of the house, releasing energy, and having fun!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The only time I’m disappointed is when the class is OVER! I love this gym and the coaches keep the program fun and interesting! I would recommend you come here with nothing but your will to learn! AWESOME GYM AND GREAT PEOPLE!
I've worked out and trained at many different gyms throughout my years and This gym right here is the real deal, i went in just looking for a place to casually workout and noticed right away that it was much more than that. Coach Velez is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. Very passionate and knowledgeable. It's her world class mindset that caters to advanced fighters looking to compete and go to another level along with beginners just looking to get in shape and also learn self defense. I felt priveledged having her work with me. The atmosphere felt like home and i would highly recommend this gym to anyone who either wants to compete or just get in great shape. Great for all ages. Kids and adults alike can find a home here. My highest praises to the coach and her staff.

The best coach! I have my 4 kids here and they love it. This is not just any regular gym. This is a FAMILY. She teaches you so much and you leave each day having learned so much. You never leave empty handed because every day attended is a beautiful life lesson. The kids have so much fun. The team work is incredible. Everyone is there to help each other.
