Box IQ is the best boxing gym here in Miami that I’ve ever been to. Not only is the learning environment of the sport great, but I’ve also developed great communication skills and close friendships in and out the gym. I’ve made so many memories at the gym ever since I first started that once I step foot in the gym, I feel that all my problems go away as a stress reliever. I would love to recommend anyone or a close friend of mine to try out this gym and see if they love it. This is the place to really put out what I have in order to prove of myself what I can become to the world one day.

In just one month at Box IQ Fitness + Knowledge, my 8-year-old has grown tremendously — not just in skill, but in confidence. The coaching here is intentional, detail-oriented, and grounded in proper technique. What stands out most is the kindness and mentorship. This is more than a boxing gym — it’s a place where kids build discipline, strength, and self-belief. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality training with heart. Finding a place that develops both skill and character is rare. This truly is a hidden gem.

If you're looking for a boxing gym that combines elite training with genuine care and community, this is the place!! My 7 y/o son has been a member for only 2 months & the experience has been nothing short of AMAZING. He looks forward to practice every week, not just for the boxing but for the sense of belonging. The owner Ely invest time in understanding each child's goals, strengths, and areas for growth. His hands on, transparent, AND family friendly approach makes everyone feel seen and valued. He offers personalized guidance, celebrate small wins, and gently steer setbacks into learning opportunities. People of all ages and backgrounds come together for workouts & trainings. You'll gain not only fitness but a supportive network and friends who share a positive mindset. I HIGHLY recommend this Gym for ANY of your fitness needs !!

I was in need to find a boxing group for my son. Box IQ was very welcoming and my son felt the training come very easy. The trainers make the children feel as equals and are in tune with positive criticism. Ensuring the students retain the knowledge given to succeed. I would recommend Box IQ to anyone who is looking for their home gym.

After hitting a plateau I decided I needed a fresh start to my training. Box IQ and fitness has been just the change I needed to my routine. I have taken classes with Coach Tandra and Coach Ely...everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging and the coaches welcome students at every level. I can't say enough about the classes- they are dynamic, always changing and you will leave feeling empowered and stronger each time. I have taken classes with people at different skill levels and ages, the coaches always adapt and everyone gets one on one attention. Not an easy task to accomplish. I have also been training with Ely and have made significant progress in a short period of time with my strength and mobility. I am grateful to have found this environment. If you are thinking about learning to box, improving your skill set, or changing up your routine you won't be disappointed. Great vibe, coaches who truly know their craft.
