It’s a great place so long as you can keep up with the demand and friendly competition, it’s a great atmosphere and AC due to being above an ice skating rink without being too cold, and the considerate water fountain is also refreshing, the staff and coaches are nice but will push you, if you can keep up, you will find the gym invaluable.

Excellent instruction and class! The environment is welcoming, comfortable, and the trainers are motivating and encouraging. I left my first class working with Felipe feeling motivated, proud, as well as physically challenged! Highly recommend!

So sad that this Boxing gym has changed based on the new owners. You cannot go to the gym at whatever time you want to train alone like it used to be. You now are only paying for the classes and not the gym. They are now closed from 1pm -4pm. These new owners priced themselves out! The March special for new members to join is $149+ tax for every 2 weeks (THAT'S RIGHT, EVER 2 WEEKS!!!! You will be charged $149+ tax)or $189+ tax a month or every 2 weeks I didn't understand the new payment method for the $189. It is very complicated to understand how the gym works now and the payment method. If this could be rated a 0 star I would rate it. A Great Boxing gym was sold to a new ownership that just priced themselves out. Fightfit was a lot cheaper ($85 a month) and very much simpler to pay and to go the gym freely at whatever time that it fit your schedule. I highly don't recommend this gym! Find another Boxing gym that is much simple than this complicated gym.
