I have been coming for about 6 months and I love the exercises and challenges they give you and I think that coach is fun to be with and funny and his wife too which works at the front desk I highly recommend you to join today
Fun for all ages! Serious condition and boxing techniques from A to Z. Always a challenge but rewarding when finished. I highly Recommend Kid Kelly boxing & Fitness.

Kelly is an outstanding instructor who immediately made my girls feel welcome, confident, and supported. He was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and guided them step by step while helping them stay focused and encouraged throughout the class. My daughters left feeling empowered, excited, and already counting down the days until their next class. It’s clear that Kelly truly cares about his students and creates a positive, motivating environment.
