Really cool workout concept that integrates boxing and cardio, and very welcoming for all ages. They have workout stations and each day is a different station setup, just show up and follow the instructions. You can easily burn 800 calories in under an hour, or you can pace yourself if you want to. The staff is AMAZING. I joined knowing absolutely nothing about boxing, the staff helps you learn the basics and they continue to help you get better and better. My favorite place in Babcock Ranch!
Fantastic boxing gym with a very welcoming atmosphere. Joining was easily one of the best decisions. The coaches are patient, supportive, and really know how to bring out the best in you. Huge credit to David and Rupert for creating such a positive, motivating environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into boxing or improve their skills!
