FKA has taught my son Lendrick so much within the past 1.5 years to control himself and learn discipline. He’s learned how to walk away from some and let them know to back off lol. Shout out to Coach Fernando for your patience. Thank you very much!!! We love and appreciate you and most importantly Dr. Blake and DJ for the referral, etc. Keep up the great work that you instill in all of the kids and/or adults.

Great gym, lovely people. I was training with coach Emilio for the beginners classes. Great coach, is attentive to individual students even with big classes. I also tried the intermediate/advanced classes for a few days due to scheduling issues with my work, was hesistant at first but even there the other students are very helpful and understanding, taught me alot didn’t go hard on me unnecessarily, helped refine my technique like coaches in their own rights! Would love to train with them again

Asa and Jason have pushed me relentlessly to become the best version of myself, and with their guidance and my dedication, I’ve seen real results. This place feels like a second family to me.
