Just what Sanford needed to be honest. Coach Fred is a beast and knows his stuff, boxing, Grappling, self-defense he's got it. And what I have seen with the other coaches didn't disappoint. I highly recommend this place.

Nice, clean MMA gym with a welcoming atmosphere and great energy. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff and coaches are professional and supportive. Definitely a solid place to train.

Awsome place. Everyone works togeather. Great teacher who brings out the best in us. I love it
