I had the most incredible experience training with David Hemingway! His energy, his coaching style, and the way he breaks everything down make you feel like you can conquer anything. It took me a minute to get my footwork right, but he was patient, encouraging, and pushed me in exactly the way I needed. By the end, I felt stronger, more confident, and honestly a little unstoppable. 💥 If you’re looking for a coach who truly knows the art of boxing and knows how to bring out the best in you, David is the one. Hands down, the best workout I’ve done in a long time. Highly recommend! 🥊🔥
I’ve trained boxing before, but this was different. Other lessons I’ve taken were good… but they never really scratched the itch for what I wanted to learn. I don’t train just to win a match or look good in a boxing ring. I train because I want the confidence that if something happened, I could actually protect myself and the people I care about. That’s what I found with David. He focuses on real-world self defense — not sport points, not ring rules — but actual scenarios and worst-case situations what dangers to look out for and how to react (fighting is rarely the best option). This is the exact kind of training I’ve been looking for. I’m glad to have finally found a coach who not only knows what he’s doing, but actually prepares me for the real world. Extremely beginner friendly.
I’ve had a few trainers before, and this by far is the best way that I’ve gotten into great shape! The Boxing and kickboxing drills are so much fun and David incorporates strength training in the sessions as well. The results I’m getting with this training beyond words!!!
David is an awesome instructor. He is clear and concise when he explains. He has a great sense of humor, is stern and is patient. I will continue to have me and my boys be coached by David.
