Great for all experience levels. Great for learning one martial art or Multiple ( MMA ). Coach Joe (Muay Thai) , coach Justin (BJJ) are excellent teachers and have plenty of experience in the art they teach . Couldn’t ask for a better gym . My technique and cardio has improve by a night and day difference since training here 10/10 recommend !

The BEST place to train Brazilian jiu jitsu. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Coach Justin Terrell truly cares about his students and always ensures a fun, safe environment for everyone.

This is the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in Hernando county hands down (trust me I tried them all). GI and No GI training with high level Fabio Novaes Black belts! These guys have multiple wins at NAGA, Newbreed, IBJJF, etc. Laid back atmosphere with a group willing to help new guys learn BJJ/Submission Grappling.

I decided to give boxing a try a few week ago. Called up coach Frankie and spoke to him on the phone. Right off the bat I knew he was gonna be a good coach just from talking on the phone and hearing about the gym and some of the stories he shared with me. As a brand person trying something way out my comfort zone coach Frankie made me feel comfortable and made it fun and still kicked my butt. He’s very patient and is genuinely a nice guy who wants to help you succeed in what ever your goal may be. I have done 4 private sessions with him now and I can tell you that I enjoy it very much.i would recommend anyone who is wanting to give boxing a shot and feels a little intimidated to give this gym and coach frankie a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!👍😎

We moved to Spring Hill earlier this year and I was in search of an Authentic Muay Thai gym. I came across Primal Striking and well let’s just say, I never left. I love the atmosphere. Everyone always carries a positive mindset here. Coach Joe is very knowledgeable and experienced in his art. If you’re in the area, you gotta try it out and get Primal!
