Amazing gym with an empowering atmosphere! As a woman, walking into a boxing gym can feel intimidating — but 1King1Crown made me feel welcome from day one. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you grow, whether you're a beginner or experienced. I never once felt judged, only encouraged. The gym has a strong culture where everyone pushes each other to be better. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, confidence, and skills. Love this gym!!! I have been training with King for 5 months now and could not be happier with my results. He has personalized my workouts according not my needs and wants to obtain certain results. He goes above and beyond what was expected from a personal trainer. I would recommend this gym if you are ready for results.
