Honestly one of the best striking programs I’ve ever taken. All instructors are kind and knowledgeable, working through whatever level you come in at. Clean and beautiful gym.

Super clean gym, extremely friendly, open Matt on Sunday’s is super inviting. 14 boxing bags, striking equipment, gym and huge Matt space! Great place !

I’ve been training and fighting for about a decade all over Florida and now I just try to keep the journey of staying sharp and in-shape consistent. When I moved to Tampa Bay area I got a good look at all of the MMA, BJJ, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai gyms in the area and nearby cities and was able to quickly recognize Kaizen is the best and has it all under one roof! High level coaches and staff, and an ever evolving curriculum so things never get boring! You do not need to be a fighter or have the aspirations to fight or compete in order to train here. There’s something for everyone, beginners or advanced, and even circuit training/fitness classes available if you just wanna be in great shape and learn some fundamental self-defense in the process! Don’t be intimidated to give it a try! There’s no inflated egos here like you may find in many other active combat and fitness gyms. Everyone is here to help each other grow and be their best version in life! Overall - very clean gym and positive environment!

Awesome gym!! The fighters are super tough! The coach is professional and informative. My son is learning so much! There are only winners here!

Kaizen MMA & Yoga is my second home. Here you’ll find high level instruction by Sensei Vince Mcguiness and knowledgeable trainers. There is know other place in the world I would rather train. See you on the mats!
