They are wonderful people and trainers there. My daughter would like to be a professional boxer and they are really helping her.

Going to try it out soon later this month, a couple guys from work want to try to, I'm 6" good build, but these guys I work with are huge and I was like hey im getting back into boxing wanna try it out im gonna join fights to. They said they're also down would like to at least visit a couple times before joining, we joke with Assiah from work bc he looks just like Muhammad Ali but bigger so I tell him to do Ali stuff/ moves. I currently have been lifting weights at Healthy Fitness Evolution for only 3 months good results, especially for talking almost a year break. I truly think they can be world champ heavy weights. Help keep them motivated when they visit please.
