What a great workout with Wayne, he made us feel very comfortable for our first time boxing. He explained everything very well and made the session fun. Everything was new and the music was great too. I recommend to all, be prepared for a tough but fun workout.

Highly recommend the place. The staff is great and my son enjoyed the boxing workshop. We will be back again.

Both my daughters train with Wayne and say it is the best workout they ever had, I highly recommend!!
