Jabz Boxing Fitness on Paseo Drive crushed my fear of boxing classes as a complete beginner—because they set you up with fundamentals before they ask you to play fast. ♟️🥊 There’s no sparring, just a boxing-inspired circuit where you punch the bags, lift, and row, so it feels intense without ever feeling unsafe or intimidating. 🧠💪 The real “upgrade” is Jabz K.O.: punch-tracking with real-time feedback (and an optional leaderboard) that turns effort into a clear score you can chase. ⌚🎯 Every workout is scalable to all fitness levels, so you leave sore—but more confident, like you just won a round you didn’t think you could. 🔥✨
I purchased a membership online as a gift for my husband and had a very frustrating experience. No one ever answered the phone, and every time we went to the location in person, it was closed, no matter the time or day. We were never able to speak with anyone or use the service I paid for. It honestly feels like the business is not really operating or may not even exist. Due to the complete lack of communication and customer support, the only option I had to try to recover my money was to dispute the charge with my bank. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
Went severely downhill after new ownership took control. No water cups, no paper towels in bathrooms, inconsistent coaching schedules. The real issue: they cancelled classes for the whole month and then they proceed to charge you for the monthly fee. Called the gym multiple times, no answer and they have continued to charge me for multiple months while being permanently closed. It’s safe to say: This business is CLOSED. Sad that the old ownership sold to a new ownership that should stick to ice cream shops not gyms.
I am so happy I found this gym! Every single one of the coaches and members encourages you and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. It is easy to fit in and feel comfortable working out here. There are so many different class times making it convenient to fit into your schedule. No workout is ever repeated, it’s always something different and fresh. JABZ is a gym that makes you actually look forward to working out!
If you want an intense workout this is the place! I have been going to Jabz at Wiregrass for months and never get bored. In fact I am motivated more than ever because the coaches are highly trained but most importantly extremely supportive. They generate inclusivity and a fun non-judgmental space for individuals with varying fitness levels. Classes never get boring because each day is filled different workouts (with a focus such as upper or lower body, core, full body, and push/pull days). They definitely keep you on your toes (at times literally). I appreciate how the coaches and staff are always personable and also ask for member feedback to show they want to gear their services to what us as members would like to see. I have brought so many friends here and my husband because of how much i enjoy it. They all leave exhausted but proud. If you are debating or unsure, just try a class. I promise you wont regret trying. You will leave feeling stronger and empowered.
