I recently signed up for Palm beach boxing and it’s great. It challenges me and makes me keep wanting to come back for more. Shout out to Amy at the front desk for making this a smooth process and having everything ready for me. A very kind, funny, and blessed hard worker.

Soooo AMY is theeeee BEST!! definitely the reason why I brought my son to enroll in this gym listing instead on the one on broadway!! She is fun and funny!!! 😄 such a good spirit and a good vibe in the gym also!! Not to mention Christian!! He was outstanding with the one on one training with my son.. so patient but effective!!! Thanks yall!!

I can’t even explain how amazing this gym is!! When I moved to Florida I was having trouble finding a gym that I was comfortable at.. then I came to Palm Beach Boxing and I was welcomed and treated like family, not just a “customer” like other gyms. It is clean, has a professional and friendly staff that actually care and treat you like you belong and are family!! (Not to mention all the actual professionals that train there, so you know you’re in good company) I have brought in 3 of my friends and they haven’t left either!! Since I have lived here, this has been my second home and would recommend this gym to everyone!!! Wendi and Amy and rest of staff have always been so amazing and so accommodating… if your looking for a place to get a serious workout or training, or just have a good time working out and being treated like family this is the place!!! Highly recommended!!!

I genuinely can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. I’ve worked primarily with Amy on various occasions and she along with the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to help me out on different scenarios. I was absolutely heartbroken to have to cancel my membership because we moved an hour away but nonetheless, I highly recommend this place. As a Christian and someone who loves the Lord, what stood out to me when I first walked in there was their kindness but everywhere you look, symbols of cross and knowing they love the Lord too. Thank you guys and Amy for all you have done and may the Lord continue to bless you and build up your business to a success and reach more people.

My now 18-year-old has been a member of Palm Beach Boxing on and off for the past nine years. The growth I've seen in him is incredible—he’s structured, well-disciplined, and knows how to defend himself if necessary. The environment here truly builds character. Amy at the front desk is extremely professional. She has always greeted us with kindness and respect, and she sets the tone for the welcoming atmosphere inside. My younger son, now 7 years old, started in the summer of 2025 and absolutely loves it. I was a little concerned due to his speech and stutter, but the coach was very patient, kept him engaged, motivated, and excited to show up. Palm Beach Boxing has been a great place for both of my kids, and I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a positive, disciplined, and supportive environment for their children. -Rosaire-
