Awesome atmosphere, Coach Tristian is a great trainer. I encourage anyone that wants to box to come here! 9am class are great for ladies. Thank you Coach Marco and Denise for raising a great place to box.

Winter Haven Boxing gym is amazingly inclusive for all! As someone who hadn’t focused on physical fitness for several years, and had zero experience boxing, I was looking for a unique routine to keep me engaged. I found it here at Winter Haven Boxing. I love the women’s morning workouts. It’s inspiring to train next to these incredible athletes and everyone is so welcoming! I feel empowered regaining my physical strength back one day at a time. This is truly a safe space I couldn’t be more grateful to have found.

After researching boxing gyms, this was the most highly recommended one there was. Parking is an issue at times but thats because they are the best around. Signed up my stepson almost a month ago and he loves it. They even have a nickname for him now, Red. He loves everything and how Coach Marco and others train. Cannot say enough about how great this boxing gym truly is.

This place is awesome, my daughters dream is to be a boxer so I signed up my son and daughter after researching and I’m glad I found it, it’s only been three days and they learned so much can’t wait to see the progress after a couple of months, from what I see coach Marcos knows how to train and if anybody is going to to take them to the top it’s him. The gym has great people also everyone is respectful and humble. To succeed is hard work and dedication and he definitely teaches it.
