There are many programs these days, offering grappling and striking. Yet, rare are the coaches that have competed at the “top” of the mountain. This gym has coaches and fighters that have and continue to fight across the globe, collecting world championship belts across disciplines. Coach Richard, in particular, is one of the most accomplished coaches one can find on US soil. He achieved great things as a pro boxer, pro kickboxer and Judoka. If you are interested in the fight sport, and are in the Atlanta Metro… this is the place to be.

Serious martial arts gym for both adults and kids. It's a rare combination of prize winning fighters while making all skill levels comfortable. The training is intense (more so for adults, but pushes kids as well), while still being kid friendly. Check out their Instagram and YouTube to see what it's about. Also, super open to drop in classes to try it out.

Great place to learn legit martial arts. Master Trammell and the other coaches are very knowledgeable, did some sparring on a Saturday class and it was great, no egos and great technique. Solid boxing, kickboxing and ne-waza so it's great base and well-rounded place to learn. My son, who is 5, went for over a year and I was very impressed with Master Trammell's patience.

Awesome place. With a great vibe. Learned a lot in my first two weeks. Mr Trammel is a great instructor. And the people here is cool. They made me feel very comfortable my first time.

Just had my first session today and he really kicked my butt! Both trainers are understanding and amazing! It truly is a hidden gem but I’m glad I found it! Mr Trammell I’m so happy to continue working with you!
