Boxing and lifting classes are top notch and will kick your butt! Coach Marcus practices what he preaches and is a motivator to the max. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend.

I’ve been coming here since June and I can honestly say this gym has become more than just a place to work out, it’s a community. The training is solid, challenging, and intentional, but what really keeps me coming back is the environment. You’re pushed, supported, and encouraged no matter where you’re starting from. My trainer is knowledgeable, motivating, and actually cares about your progress not just physically, but mentally too. Every workout feels purposeful, and you never feel judged or out of place. This class is incredibly motivating. You’re constantly challenged to push beyond your own limits, and each session makes you want to return stronger the next day. Marcus is a great accountability partner who keeps you locked in and consistent.
