I usually attend the boxing classes with coach Tay. The playlist and workouts are always great! I highly recommend the Strike Studio for a fun and energetic workout. They also have kickboxing, boxing skills and jui jitsu classes with other coaches and they are all fun to attend! Overall, all the coaches are welcoming, highly skilled, and knowledgeable in their own craft. I truly enjoy going there!

Love it here! I joined originally to get in shape, but now I've really gotten hooked on learning skills in Muay Thai and Boxing. Every single coach is very experienced, as well as welcoming and patient. Don't second guess, just join. 💪
