I’m nearly 1 year in at Keppner Boxing on Candler Road! This place has been life changing for me. The coaches are incredible and the members are encouraging and friendly. You will DEFINITELY get a good workout, build skills, and build confidence. It’s truly a community. No matter your age, size, or fitness level you will feel supported and accepted. It’s non judgmental and incredibly clean. Classes 6 days per week and members have access during all open hours. The coaches will take time with you before and after class if you need it AND they will help you learn boxing correctly. I’m still learning and building skills. I feel more confident, my bloodwork looks better at the doctor, plus I feel like I have actual self defense skills now. I was nervous at my first class, but quickly felt comfortable and supported by everyone there. Give it a shot. The first class is free and they provide equipment. The membership is affordable. Thanks for having a positive, encouraging, and fun spot in the community!

Had my free intro group boxing class and it was great! Got my membership right after class. Real boxing gym. Everyone was nice, professional and they know what they're doing. Excited to add this to my fitness journey!

I’ve have no prior boxing experience but as someone who used to workout frequently before I had my little two years ago, I am on a journey to rebuild myself “post-baby”. I took my first introductory class with Terrance on yesterday and it was 🔥. I was comfortable and he helped me to feel confident in learning something completely new to me. I’m very excited to have this in our neighborhood! The coaches and all gym members could not have been more welcoming. Everyone was supportive of one another. It’s a great gym.
