Good gym with plenty of equipment. Soldier PT is held in the mornings and the hours are short but good overall.
The only thing keeping this from being the best gym on post is their hours. Update. Hours are still terrible and it's always miserably cold. I'd say 55-60 degrees in the main workout area. Physical therapy is run here and they should know warm muscles work better.
The staff is amazing keeping this gym so clean, organized and making all equipment works properly. This gym has all the equipment I like using. Crying shame, they close at 1300 weekdays and closed on weekends. It's still a 5 star.
Definitely a great gym. I wish it had more equipment but it's great!! Definitely gonna have to check out the boxing room I didn't even know that was in this gym.
Caro Fitness Center is a good Gym. Off hours are mostly empty and even usually busy times aren't always that packed. The atmosphere is good and the gym has enough room for most workouts. It's one of the best fitness centers on the base!
