I grew up with a karate background and this class allowed me to come back to my roots and learn so much more. It is not only a self-defense class where you learn how defend and protect yourself it is sisterhood, a place where we all come together kickbutt and have fun even outside of fight fit class. That is what makes fight fit so special!

I have attended a handful of self defense programs throughout the years and none of them have touched this one! This program has given me confidence and I’ve even been able to shred several dress sizes. I definitely found my community when I joined the FightFit team.

Such an awesome program. Started taking to get some exercise to lose weight but turned it to an awesome program of so many things! Learning how to protect and defend myself. The atmosphere is amazing and the ladies are truly the best! This is a community not just while working out but also outside it. To help build each other up and empower to make a deference in each persons life! Love this place and would hands down encourage anyone to try it!! Best decision I ever made was joining that first class!
