The workers seem nice... but this location is very crowded and small with minimum machines. They only have two squat racks lol. The personal trainer was training someone next to me & interrupted my set to tell me to tuck my hips, which is not a correct form of deadlifting. I LIFT heavy on the regular. He seemed nice and probably meant well but it was kinda unprofessional and I'm sure he wouldn't have done that if I was a man lifting heavy. They also allow men in the women's dressing room. I have nothing against the community but I want to feel safe and secure & I cannot do that with a man playing dress up in our safe spaces. Lastly the massage area wasn't accessible. I'm putting two stars for the employees whom seem nice.
Love this gym. Crunch Fitness - Snellville has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and plenty of equipment no matter what time I go. The gym stays clean, the music and energy keep you motivated, and the staff always makes people feel welcome. Definitely one of the better gyms in the area for both serious workouts and beginners. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym with good vibes and solid equipment
I’ve been going to crunch for 2 years now and the staff have been nothing but welcoming. Get vibe and energy. 10/10 would recommend!!
Great gym, has tons of room and variety of equipment. Kevin was great to deal with. Everyone seems really nice. Gym is very clean. Highly recommend
When I started coming to this gym I had genuinely high hopes and was impressed for the most part by the gym’s cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere from staff… however now I’m annoyed by my own gullibility. For starters although the main gym remains pretty clean(often overcrowded though), yet the girl’s locker room could use some help. The curtains for changing rooms are stained and seem to not have been washed for my entire time I’ve been there. Also, there is often a very pungent smell coming from bathroom stalls that leaves one to assume sanitary canisters aren’t being emptied in a timely manner. Staff are basically just aggressive sales agents that smile in the face of customers with the intention of signing them up for overpriced training session. Most of my issues with Crunch started during my process of membership cancellation. I’ve asked for my personal contract about 5 times and staff seem to have yet to see anything that remotely looks like a contract. I got a email billing history and a short terms of service paragraph that talks about tanning bed safety (I don’t tan). I was told I can’t cancel my membership because of a 3 month contract liability… however I paid for three months already. I was told I have to pay for an extra month to initiate cancellation. They tried convincing me that my first payment was an enrollment fee, however, the bill that they sent me has it labeled as first month dues… basically there are better gyms to spend money with.
