My son has been apart of GDHU for a little over 5yrs and his skills in boxing, communication, and self confidence have tremendously changed over the years. He is still an introvert but way better at expressing himself at the right time to the right people. I love EVERYTHING about this program and I have even started my 6yr old in the you get classes. They have ladies classes, children's class, adult unisex classes, and fighter class3s. Kennard has made a program that caters to everyone! Come join us one day for 1 free class to experience all this great knowledge!!
My son loves being a part of the family of Guns Down Hands Up Boxing. I say a family member because Coach Kanard welcomed him with open arms. I've seen a change in my son's attitude, gaming time, and smile. I'm grateful I made the choice to sign him up. Please check them out! You will not regret it!
