⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great spot to train! It’s quiet, never too crowded, and everyone’s respectful so you can focus on your workout without being bothered. I like being able to throw on some music while I work—plenty of bags, speed bags, and two rings keep the workouts fun and varied. Easily one of the best hours of training I look forward to each week
Very nice facility for most ages. Had gone here with my brother to inquire information for a God child. Very professional & nice staff, clean facility,and peaceful environment.

Great place for sources of neighborhood information! Resources! Always courteous, welcoming, laughter filled environment! Along with the teachings of how to throw them hands!!! Ehhhhhhh!
