My husband and I enjoyed their boxing fundamentals class. It was our first time attending any sort of boxing class and we learned a lot and got a good cardio workout in without even feeling it. It was alot of fun and the coaches were nice and informative.
Came in for the free class, and I was very surprised. The coaches were very nice and very encouraging. I did not feel out of place at all and even though I didn’t know any of the fundamentals of boxing they did a really great job making me feel confident. As a mom, it’s been really difficult trying to get back into shape, but this really made me feel encouraged to continue my health journey. Thanks Fourth Corner!
Great gym with an amazing environment and staff. They have everything you need to improve your boxing skills, from open weights to speed bags and heavy bags. The gym is very clean, the coaches are helpful and welcoming, and the membership prices are very fair for everything you get. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get into boxing or improve their skills.
